Item arrived creased in several areas and damaged on the edge of the front .I’ve contacted the store twice and no refund or replacement after over a month.

I’m probably biased because I love BTS and would’ve liked this anyway. But the article was insightful and Images enjoyable.

I love the magazine. It’s great! It came packaged well and undamaged. I deducted a star for failing to send tracking info. A suggestion would be to share this information with the customer when the shipped email goes out. I ended up having to reach out to customer service. Just seems like an unnecessary contact that could easily be avoided.
