This is the email I sent to the Customer Service Team upon receipt of my magazine & their response was equally poor, hence my review:-

To Whom It May Concern,

Thank you for dispatching my magazine is such a prompt fashion, I was in awe at the speed at which you turned my order around.

However, upon receiving it, here in Ireland, and after a cost of over €50, which included priority postage, I have to say I am horrified at the condition it arrived in. The exterior packaging was perfect, so no defects there, but the magazine cover itself was grossly damaged internally. The top left corner has tears and creases in it, there are “scuff” marks down the binding column, with marks across the cover. There is even a printing press line showing on the cover (which is also crooked), which I don’t believe should be showing. If I went into a store to buy a copy myself, I would NOT have purchased such a tattered magazine.

I purchased the copy so I could frame the cover, as I adore the two Legends on the front, but needless to say, the exercise was a high-cost experience in both a financial and a life lesson aspect. I cannot understand how at €50 & being priority post for an overseas dispatch, that the magazine could not have been protected with a cardboard sheet (front & back) or by bubble wrap.

Coming from a customer service background myself, I am horrified by the end result and if it were my business, I would like the feedback. But needless to say, I will not be using your business again.
