This was my first time using your service, and as I was ordering a magazine from Europe to Japan—a long way away— so I was a little worried about whether it would arrive safely. However, I received a dispatch notification and tracking number immediately after placing my order, and the magazine arrived safely in about two weeks. The parcel was carefully packaged and arrived in good condition. The product description stated ‘defective copy’, but the pages of the magazine were neither creased nor torn; it simply showed some signs of wear, but there were no problems reading it. Some people might care about such things, so I thought it was very honest of you to mention it in advance. I really wanted to see the special feature on The Lord of the Rings in this magazine. However, the publisher’s official online shop does not ship to my country, and only a few copies of the magazine reached bookstores in Japan, so they sold out immediately. Now I am truly delighted to have been able to get my hands on a copy this way. Thank you very much indeed for delivering this precious magazine to me.
