On the rare occasion that you are unhappy with your order, our cancellation and return policies vary depending on the delivery destination.
Please note that we cannot accept returns or issue refunds based on dissatisfaction with, or objections to, the editorial content of any magazine. Your Celebrity Magazines acts solely as a distributor and is not responsible for the content of any publication. If you have concerns about a publication's editorial content, please contact the original publisher directly.
You have the right to cancel your order in accordance with your legal consumer rights.
If your order has not yet been dispatched, you may request a cancellation by contacting our customer service team as soon as possible at info@yourcelebritymagazines.com.
If an order has already been processed for despatch before your cancellation request is received, the order cannot be stopped and must instead be returned in accordance with the Returns Policy below.
You may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order if you are exercising your statutory rights to cancel.
Returned magazines must be in the same condition in which they were received. If it has been handled beyond what is necessary, we may reduce your refund to reflect any loss in value.
Unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item. In addition, original postage costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
Please allow 5-10 business days for a refund to be credited back into your account.
Orders delivered outside the UK and EU are considered final and cannot be cancelled or returned,
except where the item is damaged or incorrect.
In the unlikely event you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect please contact us at
info@yourcelebritymagazines.com with photographs including the packaging, and we will arrange an
appropriate replacement.
