It’s been a month and I still haven’t received my magazine. I tried contacting the shop, but they were barely any help. They kept saying they were trying to contact DHL, but I never got any actual updates or useful information. The only thing I know right now is that the package can’t be tracked anymore and is supposedly stuck somewhere in Germany. At this point, I’m honestly not even sure if I’ll receive it at all. I’m very disappointed, and if there’s no further contact or resolution from the shop’s side soon, I will probably request a refund.

I love ordering items from this website and don’t want to leave a bad review. However I was disappointed with the delivery of the last magazine I ordered. We had a lot of rain the day of delivery and the packing was ripped and the magazine got very wet. I would suggest embossing the item in a weatherproof envelope to ensure it doesn’t get wet or damaged.
