On the rare occasion that you may be unhappy with your order, we will accept returns. Returns must be mailed back in the condition they were received within 14 days of receiving the order.
Please contact us before returning any items. You will be required to pay the original cost of postage and the cost to return an item, unless there is a problem with the item, in which case we will cover these costs or offer an alternative.
All accepted returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, where permitted by law. This fee will be deducted from the refund amount once the returned item has been received and checked.
If an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described, no restocking fee will apply.
Please note that taxes already paid are not refundable. Special request items are not returnable.
